    • Q.How far in advance can I make reservations?
      A.asically we accept reservations three months in advance.
      There are some days when we cannot have rooms ready due to the condition of vacant rooms.
      For details, please confirm the status of vacant rooms.
    • Q.Can I make same-day reservations?
      A.Even without reservations, you may stay here if there are vacant rooms available.
    • Q. Can I be put on a reservation waiting list?
      A.We are sorry, but we do not keep a waiting list.
    • Q.Do you accept reservations for Golden Week and the New Year holidays?
      A.We are very busy at that time, so please contact us at least two weeks ahead.
    • Q.Can high school students stay here?

      A.For cancellations up till one day ahead, we will charge 50% of the room charge.
      For same-day cancellations, we will charge 100% of the room charge.
    • Q.Do you charge for children?
      A. Children age 6 to 12 : ¥1500 / per night
      Pre-school children (under the age of 5) may sleep in the same bed as their parents at no extra charge. ※One pre-school child may sleep with one adult.
      We charge adult fee from age of 12.
    • Q.Can I pay with merchandise coupons?
      A.We are sorry but we cannot accept coupons.
    • Q.Can male children stay on the women's floor?
      A.Eight years old or younger can stay oon this floor.
    • Q. Can the checkout time be extended?
      A.Checkout can be extended until 1 PM at a charge of ¥500 per person.
      After that, another night's rate will be charged.
      If you wish to extend the checkout time, please inform the front desk before 9 AM. (Depending on reservation status, we may not be able to extend the checkout time).
    • Q.Is there a discount for staying multiple nights?
      A.Yes we do.
    • Q.Do you have group discount rates?
      A.Yes we do. Please tell us the number in your group and the dates you wish to stay.

    • Q.How can I get to the hotel from the nearest station?
      A.It is a 2-minute walk from the No. 2 exit of Dobutsuen-mae Subway Station.
      It is a 3-minute walk from the east exit of JR Shin-imamiya Station.

    • Q. What are the check-in and checkout times?
      A.Check-in is from 2 PM until 0 AM. Checkout time is before 10 AM.
    • Q.Do you lock up for the night?
      A.Once you have checked in, you can enter or leave at any time, 24 hours a day.
    • Q.What can I do if I take a night bus and arrive early morning?
      A.If you want early check-in, please ask us when you arrive (depends on vacancy) We welcome you to use our luggage storage before check-in.
      There is a private shower room in the lobby (FREE for guests)
    • Q.Is it all right to check in late at night?
      A.If it is after midnight, you can only check in if you have arranged with us in advance.
    • Q.Can I check out early in the morning?
      A.Yes you can. There are staff on the premises 24 hours a day.

      There are 6 PCs in the lobby htat can be used 24 hours a day without charge. There is also free Wifi access in all of the rooms.
    • Q. Is there a coin laundry?
      A.There are a coin-operated washer and dryer on the first floor. Detergent packets are sold at the front desk.
    • Q. What are the equipment and amenities in the rooms?

      All the rooms have their own private bathroom(without bathtub) inside.

      A.There are hot water thermoses in the kitchen in the lobby. Cooking utensils and condiments are also available free of charge.

    • Q.Can you store luggage before check-in and after checkout?
      A.We will hold your luggage free of charge.
    • Q. Can luggage be sent from the hotel by package delivery service?
      A.We can handle C.O.D. package delivery service (with Yamato Transport Co.).
    • Q. I want to send some luggage to the hotel before the check-in date. Can you accept it?
      A.We can accept mailed items. Be sure to write clearly on them the check-in date and the name of the recipient.
    • Q. Is it alright to meet people who are not guests inside the hotel?
      A.You can meet them in the lobby. Please refrain from meeting them in the rooms. You can use the lobbey from 6 AM until 11:30 PM.
    • Q.Will you clean the room during my stay?
      A.We can clean the room if you let us know at the front desk by 9 AM.
    • Q.Do you supply breakfast?
      A.Please use restaurants or convenience stores around the hotel.

      A.We are sorry, but we cannot.
    • Q.Do you have printing, copying, or fax services?
      A.For a fee, printouts can be made from the lobby PCs. For copies and faxes, please ask at the front desk (fee required).
