We have compiled a list of questions that guests often ask when they are thinking about staying here.

About reservations
- Q.
- How late can I make a reservation?
- A.
- If there are vacancies, it can even be done on the same day, but if possible please reserve at least one day in advance.
- Q.
- Do you have non-smoking rooms?
- A.
- Yes, we have non-smoking rooms. There is no extra charge, so please choose “Want a non-smoking room” when making a reservation.
- Q.
- Is it true that you have a women-only floor?
- A.
- The top floor is reserved for women only. All the rooms there are non-smoking, so smokers may not use them.
- Q.
- Can I bring a pet?
- A.
- We are sorry, but no animals of any kind are allowed.
- Q.
- We have small children. Can they also stay there with us?
- A.
- It is possible, but in cases of excessive noise or similar problems, you may be asked to change rooms, or in some cases be asked to leave.
Please consider this before making a reservation.

- Do you have parking space?
- A.
- Yes, we do. For details, please see the section below, “Parking.”

- Is it possible to stay for as long as a week or a month?
- A.
- Yes. Depending on the number of days, there is a discount, and there is a special low monthly rate. During that time there are no extra charges for water, gas, or electricity.
We have many guests who stay for a long period, not only business people, but travelers and students as well.
About charges
- Q.
- When do you need payment? Can I pay with a credit card?
- A.
- Please make payment when you check in. We accept VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX credit cards.
- Q.
- The charge for a twin room is listed as ¥4,360. Is that per person, or the charge for the room?
- A.
- The room charge is ¥4,360, so that is ¥2,180 per person.
If three people stay in a Japanese-style twin room, the room charge will be ¥6,540 per night.
- Q.
- How much do you charge for children?
- A.
- For children 12 years of age and over, or for any age in a single room, the charge is the same as for adults. For children under the age of 12 in a twin room, the charge is ¥1,500 per person.
There is no charge for infants or very young children who sleep together with their parent.

- Is there a discount for a multiple night stay?
- A.
- Depending on the number of days, there may be a discount. Please check the details on the reservations screen.

- How much is the cancellation fee?
- A.
- 100% for same-day cancellations, 50% for cancellations made one day in advance. If canceling or changing reservations, please contact us as soon as possible.
Transportation and the surrounding area
- Q.
- Where is the nearest train station? How can I get there?
- A.
- The nearest station is Shin-Imamiya on either the JR or Nankai Railroad lines, or the Dobutsuen-mae subway station. It is about a 3 to 5 minute walk from either station. Please refer to the map on the website.

- Is there a convenience store nearby?
- A.
- There are both a convenience store an a ¥100 shop within a one minute walk.
- Q.
- There are concerts in Osaka. Are you somewhere near the concert halls?
- A.
- This is a convenient location. You can reach nearly all the event venues in Osaka within one train ride from here. The Kyocera Dome, Osaka-jo Hall, Namba Hatch, and Osaka, Namba, and Shinsaibashi stations are all within a ten-minute radius by train.
- Q.
- I want to go to USJ, how can I get there?
- A.
- From the nearest station, take the train to Nishi Kujo Station, change trains there, and go to Universal City Station. All together it takes 15 minutes.
Hours of operation
- Q.
- Is there a curfew?
- A.
- There is no curfew. After 12:30 at night, you can enter or exit through a locked door where you can use your key. We ask that you check in before 12 PM. If you expect to be late arriving and contact us ahead of time, we will try to make arrangements.
- Q.
- I am arriving by night bus. Will I be able to check in very early in the morning?
- A.
- If there is a room vacant from the night before, we will make arrangements, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to check in.
You can check your bags with us before you check in free of charge, so please take advantage of this service. You can also can also use the bath and the showers free of charge.
- Q.
- Can I check out after 10 AM?
- A.
- We can extend the check-out time from your room until 1 PM for a charge of ¥500 per person. We have to make arrangements to clean the rooms, so please tell us a day in advance.
After checking out of your room, checking your bags with us and use of the lobby are free of charge.
- Q.
- I am checking out very early. What should I do?
- A.
- If you are checking out before 6 AM, please leave your key in the key box at the front desk. You can leave items you borrowed in the room.
Bath and showers
- Q.
- What are the hours for use of the large common bath and the individual shower rooms?
- A.
- All three of the individual shower rooms may be used 24 hours a day.
Times for the large common bath are:
Men: Mornings, 08:10 to 10:00; Evenings, 16:00 to 21:30
Women: Mornings, 06:30 to 08:00; Evenings, 21:40 to 24:00

- Can I use a hair dryer?
- A.
- There are three hair dryers in the changing room of the large common bath, and you may also borrow a dryer free of charge.
- Q.
- Do you have shampoo, soap, etc.?
- A.
- Both the large common bath and the individual shower rooms are supplied with rinse-in-shampoo and body soap for your use free of charge.
Please use the bath towels and face towels that are supplied in the rooms. Exchange of towels is also free of charge. We sell disposable razors at the front desk for ¥50 apiece.
Facilities and services

- Please tell me about the facilities in the building.
- A.
- On each floor there are toilets, wash basins, and electric hot plates.
On the first floor are the large common bath, the three individual shower rooms, the lobby, PCs for Internet use, and hot water thermoses.
- Q.
- Please tell me about the equipment and amenities of the rooms.
- A.
- The rooms are equipped with TV, video, air conditioning, and a refrigerator.
The amenities are bath towels and face towels, a dressing gown, and disposable slippers, toothbrush, and hairbrush.
If you are staying multiple nights, be assured you can exchange all of these at the front desk.
- Q.
- Tell me what items I can borrow. Is there a charge for them?
- A.
- Hair dryers, electric stands, bicycles, and alarm clocks can be borrowed free of charge.
However, the number of such items is limited, so please check with the front desk.
- Q.
- Can I use the Internet?
- A.
- There are 3 PCs in the lobby for accessing the Internet free of charge.
Also, please be assured that a wireless LAN can be used in all the rooms free of charge.
- Q.
- Is there a coin laundry in the building? Or is there a dry cleaning service?
- A.
- There are two washing machines and two dryers. It costs ¥100 to use one for 30 minutes. Detergent is sold at the front desk for ¥50 a package.
There is also a dry cleaning service, but it may require some time. There is a charge for this.
- Q.
- Can I have the room cleaned?
- A.
- We clean the rooms and change the sheets free of charge. Please tell us by 9 AM of that day. On cleaning days, please do not leave personal items lying on the sheets.
- Q.
- Are there toilets and baths in the rooms?
- A.
- There are none in the rooms. On each floor there are toilets and wash basins.
On the first floor are three individual shower rooms and the large common bath.
- Q.
- I am coming there for job hunting purposes, so I want a room with a table and easy access to the Internet.
- A.
- The size of the tables varies in each of the rooms, so please write down your wishes when you make a reservation. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
- Q.
- Do you have a printing or FAX service?
- A.
- You can use the office’s PC and FAX for printouts of up to a few pages free of charge.
When you want to make a printout, please have a storage device such as a memory stick ready.
Parking
- Q.
- I would like to have a parking space, what can I do?
- A.
- Please inquire directly by telephone about the availability of parking spaces, and tell us the size of your vehicle. The charge is ¥1,000 per night (motorbikes are free), and please pay when you check in.
If all our spaces are full, we will direct you to a nearby coin parking lot or co-op parking lot.
(We ask that guests themselves check on availability of space and pay the charges).

- Can I keep using the parking space after I check out?

- We are sorry, but the parking space is only for the nights you are staying here.
- Q.
- Can I get the car in and out of the parking space at any time?
- A.
- Yes, you can, so it is convenient for your travel plans.
