The restaurant Haishi is located in the busy area, facing the running street car. This mysterious name, Haishi, of course, has a meaning. If written in Kanji, it is 胚子, embryo, the origin of life. As the name tells so, this special curry source will become your source of everyday life energy.

The curry source is made of more than 13 different vegetables and fruits and more than 14 kinds of spices. The ingredients are slowly cooked until the source is completely velvet smooth in its texture. Even if you happen to be sick in your stomach, you can still enjoy this mild and natural flavor. The source is so rich with all sorts of vegetables that you don’t even need to order a side salad. The appearance of the chef reminds us of a traditional Osaka mom. You feel so cozy, as if you were at home and eating in your family dining.

After strolling in Tennoji area and feeling hungry, please stop by at this inviting restaurant. You can also appreciate the traditional Osaka dialect that is relaxed and warm.
